Shelbi Cox ("I," "me," "my") operates shelbicox.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and protected when you visit the Site.

This Site collects minimal information:

• Contact form submissions: When you use the contact form, I collect your name, email address, and message content. This data is submitted voluntarily and processed through Netlify Forms.
• Purchase data (Etsy/Printful): When you purchase art, prints, or the guided journal, your order, payment, and (for physical items) shipping information are collected and processed by Etsy and Printful. I do not directly receive or store your payment card details. I may receive limited order details (such as your name, item ordered, and order number) from Etsy to fulfill the sale and respond to any related inquiries.
• Website Build Guide & subscription data (Stripe/Dropbox): When you purchase the DIY Website Build Guide or subscribe to the All-in-One Monthly plan, payment is processed by Stripe, and the Guide is delivered via a Dropbox download link. Stripe collects and processes your payment details (card information, billing address, email); I receive limited order and subscription information (name, email, item or plan purchased, order/subscription ID, renewal status) to deliver the product, manage recurring billing, and respond to related inquiries. I do not store your full payment card details.
• Consulting & build inquiries: When you submit a project inquiry through the website-build contact form, I collect the information you provide (name, email, plan(s) of interest, project details) to respond to your inquiry and scope the engagement.
• Automatic data: The Site's hosting provider (Netlify) may automatically collect standard server log data such as IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited. I do not use analytics tools or tracking scripts.

3. How I Use Your Information

Information collected through the contact form is used solely to respond to your inquiry. I do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Cookies & Tracking

This Site does not use cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics services. No advertising networks are integrated into the Site. Third-party services linked from this Site (e.g., LinkedIn, Substack) have their own cookie and privacy policies.

The Site uses or links to the following third-party services:

• Netlify: Hosting and form processing. See Netlify's Privacy Policy.
• Stripe: Payment processing for the Website Build Guide and the All-in-One Monthly subscription. Stripe collects and processes your payment details directly; I do not store your full card information. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Dropbox: Delivery of the Website Build Guide via a download link after checkout. See Dropbox's Privacy Policy.
• Etsy: Order processing and payment for art, prints, and the guided journal. When you purchase through the Etsy storefront, Etsy collects and processes your payment and shipping information. See Etsy's Privacy Policy.

I may use AI-assisted tools (such as large language models) to help with behind-the-scenes tasks like drafting copy, brainstorming, organizing notes, or generating code for this Site. Any such use is limited to my own workflow. I do not feed your personal information, contact form submissions, or order data into third-party AI systems for training, and I do not use AI to make automated decisions about you.

Contact form submissions are retained only as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry. You may request deletion of your submitted data at any time by reaching out via the contact form.

The Site is served over HTTPS to encrypt data in transit. While I take reasonable precautions to protect your information, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
